Regretfully, due to claims that some items have not arrived, all UK shipping will now be a 'signed for' service.
Europe and overseas will be an 'International, Tracked & Signed for' service.
Australia & possibly some other destinations offer only 'signed for' or 'tracked'.
Under these circumstances we ship fully tracked which will include "to the delivery address".
That way we know where it's been and where it was delivered. If to an apartment block and someone else takes delivery it's out of our hands!

Shipping charges are RM rates plus packaging at 30p per packet or £1 per shipping tube or carton.
Example: UK Signed for, Large Letter 1st class, up to 250g £2.50 + 30p = £2.80
UK Large letter/ padded bag > 250g £2.50 + 30p;
Small Parcel >1kg £4.45 + £1
Note: a padded bag that due to its contents will not go through a 2.5cm x 25cm slot or exceeds 750g in weight, automatically becomes a small parcel, for which RM will charge accordingly.
Europe Large letter >250g £8.30 + 30p. Small Parcel > 250g £9.05 + £1
Rest of the World Large letter >250g £9.65 +30p. Small Parcel >250g £10.50 + £1

We normally ship once a week, but if urgent and parts in stock, we can ship for guaranteed delivery within the UK the following day at extra cost. Please state this requirement on the enquiry form.
NOTE: It is important that you provide your full and correct address, in the format used by your country. We can not be held responsible for missing parts if we don't have your full and correct address. Due to shipments claimed not to have arrived, all items will now be shipped 'tracked and signed for'. See above.
For weights above 250g we will quote accordingly and may use a courier service.
The Netherlands: Minimum Shipping Fee £19 GBP. We are very sorry but due to issues with lost, late, or non delivery of mail
requiring a signature, mail left without a signature, etc, we will no longer ship to the Netherlands where the Dutch UK partner is PostNL. This means via Royal Mail to the Netherlands will no longer be an option. UPS Standard, currently £19 GBP for any shipment up to 1kg, will be the minimum rate at which we are prepaired to ship to The Netherlands. We might consider Royal Mail/PostNL with proof of postage, only if you sign a declaration that you accept full responsibility for any losses, damage, non delivery, late deliver etc. Once we post it’s out of our hands and entirely at your own risk. We are very sorry to have to do this but we can no longer stand the losses or the time it takes to deal with them.
The preferred method of payment is via PayPal, for which we will send an invoice to your email address.
You can then pay securely online via PayPal, either using a credit or debit card or your PayPal account.
Alternatively you can send a cheque, draft, or Postal Order.
We cannot accept credit or debit card payments directly over the phone.
Direct B A C S / bank transfers acceptable worldwide for orders over GBP £50. Details on request.
To avoid delivery delays, it is important that your PayPal registered address details are correct and up to date, and in the normal postage format. i.e. Name, Address line/s, Town/City, County/Province, post/zip code (Capital letters and correctly formatted please), Country (if outside the UK).
PayPal seller’s Terms & Conditions state that we ship to the address you have registered to your PayPal account. If you intend to use someone else's PayPal account, unless you tell us, we ship to their address, which will be on the PayPal notification we get when payment has been made.
The address on the notification is the address we ship to UNLESS YOU TELL US DIFFERENTLY.
If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay securely with a credit/debit card by following the correct links within the invoice you will receive in the email in-box for the email address you have provided. If someone else will be paying for you, you must tell us, otherwise it will cause delays. If you contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and sign off as Fred, how are we supposed to tie it up with you when you or someone else pays with a different name and address. i.e. email@example.com On a busy day this can happen half a dozen times which involves a dozen different names and addresses. This can take many hours of unpaid work to sort it all out. So please help us to ensure we know exactly who you are and if someone else will be paying. If it’s not you who will be paying, you need to tell us!
Unless we know you or the item you require is of little value - £5 or less, we only ship with a 'Signed for' delivery to UK addresses, and 'Tracked and Signed for' to all addresses outside the UK. Therefore someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the item. We always retain proof of postage and tracking details for 'Tracked & Signed for' shipments.
