Regretfully, until further notice, I can no longer accept ANY further service work except local musicians emergences. Sorry for any inconvenience. Due to the power of the internet I have a huge backlog of work, I am looking to retire in the near future therefore must clear the backlog, before taking anything else in. I am happy to maintain my advisory service as I always have, to assist you or someone you have entrusted to repair your amplifier or echo unit. And to continue supplying spares and items such as the New Watkins Dominator amplifier. Once the backlog is cleared I will consider accepting service work strictly on a pro-rata basis. I.E. no queue jumping. Due to queue jumping I have some non urgent jobs that have been with me for five years or more, which just isn't fair to those few extremely patient customers who have waited so long. I offer my sincere apologies to them and hope I may have these items sorted in the not too distant future. To any one who has items with me for repair / overhaul your items are safe and stored in good conditions, and will be seen to as soon as possible. I am happy to return items at my expense should you be tired of waiting. Thank you for your understanding John Beer.
